Maternal Health - Joyful Motherhood

For perinatal mothers who want to prepare for major life changes, working with me will help you weather changes in identity,  set up your environment and social supports to be exactly what you need in the postpartum period, monitor and address changes in your prepartum and postpartum physical and emotional well-being, and ease your worries about how best to support your baby's development.

I will apply my holistic occupational therapy outlook to help you be mindfully present and intentional with your time, increase your coping capacity, and create joy in the everyday moments of motherhood, and I will apply my training in coaching to ensure I truly listen to your wants and needs and invite you to be a partner in problem-solving solutions that you actually feel empowered to implement.
